I love seeing Wren. She knows so much about bodies and is happy to share that knowledge whenever I have questions, which helps me feel more empowered in receiving bodywork. The energy of her space feels great. My body and heart always feel well taken care of. And I deeply appreciate that she views bodywork as a space to practice noticing and advocating for one’s needs. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Wren's work. Her massages are some of the best I've ever had. I've also gotten cupping done several times and am hooked. She does gua sha on my right forearm and it has helped immensely with my thumb tendonitis. Highly recommend Wren as a bodyworker and l love that her massage space is always clean, welcoming, and full of beautiful plants.

I've been working with Wren for a few years. I've found that when we incorporate what's going on in my emotional life the session is much more impactful. We typically do 60 minutes of massage (some cupping too) and 30 minutes of reiki. I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and like I know where I need to look inward next to continue feeling that way.
