This was my 1st massage ever. I am 70 years old. Angel was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable explaining what to expect prior to the massage and during the massage, always asking if the pressure was too much. I have noticed I have a better range of motion in my shoulders and neck since the massage. I have been able to put weight on my right shoulder since the massage. I haven't been able to do that in about 10 years. I can also turn my head farther to the left with zero pain and I have been sleeping pain free since the massage. I have already scheduled another.
