What to expect: Each session starts with a micro-consultation to assess your needs and goals. Followed by integration of a custom blend of techniques- such as Gua Sha, cupping, acupressure, trigger point therapy, herbal and essential oils- at no additional cost. Thai herbal poultice can be added for an additional fee. After the session movement and maintenance suggestions can be discussed. Follow up appointment can be booked right away or at your earliest convenience.
