For me, massage is more than working on muscles. It’s creating a space where someone can be still. And in that stillness, the body begins to soften. The breath slows. The nervous system settles. You let go — and you let God.
Healing isn’t just physical. Yes, I love helping with mobility issues, sciatic pain, chronic tension, and restoring movement. I love when someone who couldn’t turn their neck suddenly can. When sciatic pain eases. When the body feels lighter.
But what moves me most is the quiet transformation — when someone walks in carrying stress and walks out with peace.
Massage is healing for the body, and care for the mind and spirit.
