Kyla was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable. She actually cares about your injuries and aches, not just getting you in and out. I had the stretch and massage. I highly recommend it. I’m a little sore a day after, but in a good way.

If you need a sports massage that actually works, go see Kyla at Xhale Bodywork and MVMT. The space has a great atmosphere and felt calm, clean, and professional.
