A space to create space
I have been a massage therapist since 2009. Three days into starting school for massage therapy I just knew I was exactly where I was suppose to be. Today I am just as (if not more) passionate about my practice as I was then. I don't believe that one modality works for everybody and so I am a forever student. Always learning new stuff and continuing to work towards mastery. Since deep tissue is always a fan favorite my training in Ashiatsu was a great addition for those who like the deeper work. I also recently became a breath coach and love working with clients practicing different breathing techniques. I also like incorporating movement as a healing practice and so I also offer things like Yoga-massage, which is a blend of restorative yoga postures and medium touch massage. Everything is customizable and I always like to encourage clients to try new modalities on their journey. i look forward to working with you.
