Heather Schmidt is a Licensed Massage Therapist and integrative bodywork practitioner committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. She combines evidence-informed therapeutic massage with complementary modalities to support musculoskeletal function, stress reduction, and overall wellness.  

Heather's approach is rooted in clear communication, clinical reasoning, and individualized treatment planning. Each session begins with a thorough assessment to understand the client's needs, goals, health history, and areas of concern. Techniques may include Swedish and relation-focused massage, targeted therapeutic work, myofascial techniques, lymphatic support, and assisted stretching, depending on what is most appropriate for the client. 

In addition to massage therapy, Heather offers Reiki as an option for clients who benefit from energetic support, calming of the nervous system, or assistance with stress management. For clients interested in holistic nervous system regulation, she incorporates gentle sound and vibrational tools as a non-invasive, relation-oriented therapy.
