Betty Kane, LMBT #6222 is a NC licensed massage therapist and bodyworker, who is board certified through the NCBTMB. Since 2006, she has been doing massage in the triangle area.
Betty is a 2005 graduate of The Medical Arts Massage school - Gwinnett College where she specialized in therapeutic medical massage.
Her skills were gained by working with a diverse clientele ranging from individuals seeking relaxation, those who have repetitive strain, athletes seeking support for training regimens, those working toward fitness goals, and those who have had surgeries.
Betty has worked in a hospital wellness center for six years. Betty has experience providing home health care services. She has also worked in spas, holistic medical centers and on-site at sporting events.
In addition to her western massage training, Betty received training in Traditional Thai Medical Massage, with intensive training in Chang Mai, Thailand in 1996. This training enables a translation of benefits of Eastern massage to those more familiar with Western modalities.
Betty is certified at the Masters level in the Vodder technique of Manual Lymph Drainage.
