Aesthetic Booking Fee
Due to high cancellation rates for aesthetic treatments, effective May 1, 2018, Well Boutique Spa will now collect a $40.00 non-refundable booking fee for all aesthetic appointments. This fee will be applied as a credit to the treatment total on the scheduled appointment date.
Client/Staff Policies
Client appointments will be attempted to be confirmed by the Spa Coordinator by contacting the client at their preferred method (obtained upon scheduling and confirmed on Client Information Sheet) 24 hours prior to appointment.In the event of a no show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, the client is responsible to pay for the entire treatment.
