Vivify Massage and Cupping Therapy

I have been providing customized massage therapy treatments in Richmond for over a decade. I am also certified in Therapeutic Cupping and Reiki and use a variety of other techniques, including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage and stretching, as well as relaxation. My clients have ranged in age from 13 to 93. I have helped treat many athletes, during training as well as during pre- and post-events, including professional tri-athletes, marathon runners, cyclists, mixed martial artists, and power lifters. I have worked with post-surgery patients to help with recovery and mobility restoration. I have worked with women during pregnancy to make such an important time more comfortable and easy. I have worked in tandem with a variety of other practitioners such as chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists, to provide collaborative care to maximize patient benefits.
