This studio was created from lived experience—both as a rehabilitative massage therapist and as someone who knows what it feels like when the body holds pain, stress, and survival for too long.
I learned that healing doesn’t happen when we push harder. It happens in stillness—when the nervous system feels safe enough to release and the body is allowed to recover.
My work here blends rehabilitative massage with therapeutic care to support recovery, reduce chronic pain, and help the body function better—not just feel better.
This is bodywork with purpose.
