Valence Massage, which is owned and operated by Dr. Jon Tallerico, opened in 2012 and is dedicated to providing pain relief through physical therapy, massage, neuromuscular therapy, and soft tissue mobilization. We are a safe-space to receive bodywork for anyone and everyone. I earned my massage therapy license in 2007 and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023.
Services include cash-based physical therapy, prenatal massage, general relaxation massage, neuromuscular and myofascial therapies. Physical therapy is ideal for rehabilitation, pain management, weight management, and self-care. Massage is an effective modality for management of pain, fatigue, tension, anxiety, and depression, as well as being a good wellness habit.
I have obtained many CEU certifications, including Precision Neuromuscular Therapy and Advanced Myoskeletal Alignment through the years.
