As the owner of Uplift to Motion, I promote and provide an exceptional and outstanding experience focused on the health and wellness of the client, creating a safe space for healing. I use breathwork and communication to aid in the release of tension during deep tissue and trigger point technique. I find clients are able to experience a greater degree of tension release which helps relieve the daily wear and tear that the body goes through during the work week.
