Like many of my you, I have experienced overuse and injury-related discomfort over the years. Massage therapy became an important part of my own self-care and helped me continue doing the activities I love.
That personal experience deeply shapes how I work. My approach is therapeutic, holistic, and centered on supporting the nervous system — helping the body shift out of tension and into a state where real healing and relief can happen.
