The purpose of Tranquil Flow is to establish that on the path to optimal wellness it may be necessary to take a multilevel approach to Whole Health by addressing imbalances in the physical body, energetic body, and the environment we live in.
Based on my own experience with chronic health challenges I believe we all contain the innate ability to heal. I utilize an integrative approach combining intuition, compassionate listening and technical skills to provide a restorative , therapeutic session that will aid the body in the natural healing process. I value holding space, and educating my clients about their bodies as well as encouraging them to participate in their own healing process by sharing knowledge and resources as well as recommending stretches and corrective exercises to support you in your wellness goals.
I offer a multilevel approach to whole health by offering traditional Therapeutic Massage (Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofacial, Muscle Release, Trigger Point , Meridian Massage and Reflexology) My Holistic Massage Sessions can include Shamanic Energy Work, and Chromotherapy ( Color Healing) Reiki and Chakra Healing sessions.
