Lance is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Medical Massage Practitioner (MMP), with advanced certifications in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C), sports massage, myofascial release, Thai massage, TMJ therapy, and additional advanced modalities. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, bringing together clinical bodywork, movement science, and performance training into one cohesive approach.
Each session is highly individualized, drawing from the full range of Lance’s training and experience. Rather than limiting treatment to a single modality, sessions are tailored in real time based on what the body presents, integrating the most effective techniques to restore function, improve mobility, and accelerate recovery.
