I am a healthcare professional with over 30 years experience caring for the elderly, those with physical disabilities and the developmentally disabled population. I plan to continue to learn new skills and expand my knowledge of massage techniques and best practices. Your sessions will be customized to fit your individual needs. Warm stones, heated towels, dynamic cupping or deep tissue techniques can be provided with advance notice. Light stretching and focus work on tight areas will be provided as needed.
