Review of current asana’s, diet and supplements. Stretching with a yoga wheel and Pilates bar. Introduce new Asana’s and Ayurvedic rituals to practice at home.
Adult Yoga Party (over 21)
Girls Night, Retirement, Divorce, Bachelorette or Birthday we can party with Yoga!
Irish Yoga and beer, or sip and stretch! Enjoy 60 minutes of yoga, alcohol and comedy.
Price is for 6 people. 20.00 each additional person. Yoga mats provided.
Kids Yoga Party!
60 minutes of yoga and breathing techniques in a fun atmosphere. If you have a teen we can do more traditional yoga. Party is for 6 children 20.00 each additional child
