With 20 years of practicing Massage Therapy, I have found that specific bodywork, combined with multiple massage modalities allows me to offer personalized sessions that are therapeutic and deeply relaxing.
I am dedicated to each client's health and well-being and I believe that by educating each client can help empower themselves to take control of their health and well-being.
I graduated from Fox Valley School of Massage in 2005 and Gill-Tech in 2007 for my Aesthetics License
My main areas of expertise are: Therapeutic Deep Tissue, Myoskeletal and Neuromuscular Therapy. I also have training in Prenatal, Orthopedic Massage for Cervical Pain, Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish and Hot Stone.
