A Message to My Valued Clients! 

Dear Clients, 

For the past 2 years, it has been my privilege to support your health, wellness, and self-care journey through therapeutic massage. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me and for the relationships we have built over the years. 

To continue providing the highest quality care, maintain a comfortable and welcoming environment, and keep pace with rising operating costs, I will be implementing a price adjustment for my massage services effective September 1st, 2026. 

This decision was made thoughtfully and only after careful consideration. My commitment to personalized, professional, and compassionate care remains unchanged. Every session will continue to be tailored to your unique needs, with the same dedication and attention you have come to expect from me. 

I sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support. It is an honor to be part of your wellness team, and I look forward to helping you feel your best for many years to come. 

The increase will be $5 for the 30 minute sessions and $10 for the 60 and 90 minute sessions.

Every session is fully customized to your unique goals, concerns, and physical condition. After selecting your preferred session length and any optional add-ons, we will discuss your needs during an initial consultation to create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Drawing from a variety of advanced therapeutic modalities, including Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Active Isolated Stretching, Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Cupping, Scraping, and more, each treatment is designed to help reduce pain, prevent injury, improve function, and promote long-term wellness.

As a licensed massage therapist, my primary goal is to help you achieve meaningful and lasting results. To ensure comprehensive care, I also work collaboratively with chiropractors, physical therapists, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals within the community.
