As a licensed massage therapist based on Long Island, Rebecca Perry offers tailored bodywork massage therapy sessions to ensure each client is able to experience pain relief and stress reduction while reaching a state of deep relaxation. With experience in both clinical massage and asian bodywork, Rebecca blends both modalities into each treatment as she believes that activating the parasympathetic nervous system allows for the body to relax and trust that it is safe, resulting in relaxation of both muscles and mind.
