Greetings! We're Dan and Mariana Watson and we LOVE working together as a massage and bodywork team! Our aim for your massage is to make it the very best one you've ever had! Our home-based practice provides an exclusive experience in a soothing and relaxing environment that allows us to give you the time and attention to explore which activities, lifestyles, or stresses that may be the root cause of your muscle tightness and pain.
Whether you're looking for therapeutic pain relief, relaxation, injury or post-surgical recovery, emotional release or a spiritual healing journey to achieve a sense of balance and inner peace; we will design your session to specifically focus on areas that need the most attention.
Our Therapeutic (Deep Tissue) Session ... uses Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Massage and Myofascial Release therapies to address pain from trigger points and restricted fascia … often achieving results in your first session. We ALWAYS encourage feedback during your session, especially with deep tissue work. By giving us immediate feedback during your session, you are in control of your entire massage experience, including how much or how little pressure is right for you.
These therapeutic sessions are extremely beneficial for those who are experiencing pain in a specific area due to a fall, accident, surgery, sports injury, other injuries, and past traumas. Recovery from these instances is often dramatically reduced with therapeutic massage. Overused muscles or job related stresses will also greatly benefit from therapeutic massage, such as strenuous physical labor or spending too much time on a cell phone or computer. Even muscle strain caused by a sudden jolt or simple activities such overreaching or twisting will benefit deeply from this type of session.
During a Relaxation Massage … The stress of your week will melt away as soon as you enter the treatment room and are soothed with the welcoming view of nature and slip your feet into blissful bubble-jet foot soak. As you settle onto our ultra plush massage table, warmed heat packs will be placed on your shoulders and back and hot stones will glide across your muscles, enhanced by the finest organic massage cream. Our relaxation massage offers total relaxation, pampering and meticulous attention to detail to create a truly pampering and luxurious experience.
Intuitive Energy Therapy ... These sessions are as the title suggests… intuitive. They can take off into a variety of forms but always in the direction you set as your goal for the session. They can also be combined with massage for a mind, body, spirit integration experience, often addressing deeper layers of past traumas and holding patterns contributing to your current issues.
We also offer a number of a number of additional treatments (ie: Couples, 4-Handed , Energy Therapy, Coaching, Facelift Massage) ... and an array of Add-ons! (ie: scalp massage, hot towels, cranial sacral, sound & meditation, paraffin dips and even a massage tool sampler to help you decide which massage tools work best for you!
