My career in bodywork began in 1993 through Phillips School of Massage in Nevada City, CA and then continued by obtaining my Colorado & International Neuromuscular Therapy license through CIMT Colorado Springs in 2010. I have since worked alongside chiropractors and physical therapists and have maintained my own private practice for many years. Now offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage therapy (MLD) and holding additional certifications in LOKTE method (connective tissue release), Advanced Myofascial Release, Stone Therapy, and Yoga teacher training allows me the ability to create a unique and personal treatment.
My goal is to help you reduce stress, alleviate pain and discomfort, and improve your quality of life! Sessions are customized for each client and may consist of a blend of modalities, which incorporates Swedish, Neuromuscular & Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports massage, Facilitated Stretching, and Hot Stone "hot spot" treatments.
