Healing Massage
Hi, I'm Simone Crowe (she/her), Licensed Massage Therapist #28983, and owner of Tending Blue Fields Bodywork. I have a passion for supporting clients healing from PTSD and trauma, as well as those seeking relief from chronic pain, tension, inflammation, and injuries. I'm a proud graduate of East West College of Healing Arts, here in Portland.
I believe bodywork can expand your capacity physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Beyond relieving physical aches and pains, massage is an opportunity to foster presence and help regulate the nervous system. Every session begins with a careful, collaborative assessment so I can meet you and your body exactly where you are — working with you, not against you.
Drawing on a blend of Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Thai (table Thai), Myofascial Release, Craniosacral, Reiki energy healing, Lymphatic Drainage, and Tui Na (Traditional Chinese Medicine massage), I tailor each session to your unique needs.
Clients often tell me they feel seen and cared for, and report less tension and pain after our sessions. Many experience revelations while on the table — moments of deeper transformation as we learn together from the body's innate healing wisdom. My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, looser, more at ease, and more connected to yourself.
I'm located at in SW Portland, at the Integrative Trauma Treatment Center. I'm currently available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Outside of massage, you can find me painting, volunteering for environmental justice, or hiking with my dog, Luigi. I grew up in Blue Hill, Maine, often found picking (and eating!) wild blueberries — the inspiration behind the name Tending Blue Fields.
