I have been practicing massage therapy for over 20 yrs. I have a physical therapy background and I am passionate about massage therapy and focused massage therapy treatment work. I like to use cupping hotstones, gua sha, and Deep Tissue work that I include in my Signature massage therapy service. My passion and goal is to help people reach their potential for optimal health and mobility. I am very excited about teaching my Postural Alignment Stretching Class!
