Starting in September 2026 office days will be Sunday-Wednesday and mobile services will be offered on Thursday and Friday.
COMING SOON (June 2026)-Ashiatsu massage-a deep-tissue technique where therapists use their bare feet, supported by overhead bars, to deliver consistent, broad, and deep pressure to muscles, often using oil. This modality is ideal for alleviating chronic muscle tension, improving circulation, and reducing pain through long, gliding strokes. It is generally performed over 60–90 minutes, often targeting the back, hips, and limbs for maximum relaxation and therapeutic relief.
