Strength.N.Motion.Recovery

Slow motion is better than no motion.

As a Neuromuscular Therapist, my goal is to identify and treat the underlying causes of pain, muscular dysfunction, and movement limitations. My treatment approach focuses on restoring proper muscle function, improving mobility, reducing chronic tension, and enhancing overall physical performance through individualized hands-on care.

We also provide Graston Technique therapy, evidence - based form of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively and efficiently address soft tissue lesions and fascial restrictions resulting in improved patient outcomes.

Graston instruments are a non-invasive, specially designed stainless steel instruments to detect and treat areas of soft tissue dysfunctions. By applying controlled microtrauma to the affected tissues, the technique stimulates the body's natural healing processes, promoting tissue repair and regeneration. This process is particularly effective treating conditions such as tendonitis. fascial adhesions, and chronic pain syndromes.
