Massage therapist
As a massage therapist at Stone Oak Massage, I can say that one of the reasons why I enjoy giving massages is because of the immediate positive effects it has on our clients. Seeing them leave the session feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and pain-free is extremely gratifying. Additionally, performing massages often involves using various techniques and modalities, so it never gets old or repetitive. Each session is unique, and I get to work with different clients with different needs and preferences. Lastly, giving massages is also therapeutic for the therapist myself. The act of using my hands to manipulate muscles, apply pressure, and work out knots can be quite meditative. All of these factors contribute to why I enjoy performing massages and why I continue to do so.
