I am a graduate of the Massage Training Institute of Montana. I have been in the healthcare and Physical Therapy field for over a decade. I love working with the variety of people in the Bitterroot Valley to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. I provide Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, hot rocks, and NMT.
Therapeutic massage can be a preventative modality to reduce injuries, maintain mood, and help keep your body at it's greatest health potential. It can be used to hasten the healing process from current or chronic ailments. You might also just treat yourself to the relaxation or endorphin effects that you will feel immediately.
