I bring certified hands-on experience in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Pregnancy Massage, Medical Massage and Reflexology. I am a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner, a touch-less therapy that focuses on energy balance. If your body is needing any type of massage therapy - from a tense neck to a deep muscle discomfort or more health related issues like Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, or cancer - I can use a variety of techniques to relieve discomfort, tension and pain. My intention in every service is to bring you into a space to free your mind, body and spirit of worry and stress.
