30 Min Therapeutic Massage
30 minutes allows the therapist time to address a trouble spot you are trying resolve. Typically the back, neck and shoulders are covered, but if you are having glute, leg and/or foot issues we can work on those instead.
45 Min Therapeutic Massage
A 45 minute session to address your body where it is at this moment. It can be a full body check in or a focused session on a project area.
60 Min Therapeutic Massage
A 60 Minute session tailored to you, combining various techniques ranging from relaxation to deep structural work with a focus on relaxing tension in your muscles. It also promotes increased blood flow, joint flexibility and better immunity.
75 Min Therapeutic Massage
A 75 minute massage tailored to your request. Possibly a full body relaxation massage with extra time on the hands, feet and face or a myofascial massage with focus on trouble area like the neck. Let your body tell you what it needs right no
