Each session is shaped around what you need that day—whether you're seeking relief from tension and discomfort, support for an overwhelmed nervous system, or simply a quiet place to rest. My approach blends therapeutic massage with nervous-system supportive techniques, energy work, reflexology, acupressure, and other restorative modalities, always grounded in presence, consent, and attentive care.
Starshine also offers WATSU® Aquatic Bodywork, a deeply restorative form of bodywork performed in warm water, along with select specialty treatments and mobile services.
There is no one-size-fits-all routine here. I listen to what you and your body are communicating and thoughtfully adapt each session to meet you where you are.
