Through consent-forward intuitive touch, Nayahra helps create a container to support the movement of energy, while also tending to the physical body. They are a loving witness in this process, offering different healing modalities depending on what each body needs, including Thai Bodywork, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage and Assisted Stretching, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Energy & Breathwork, among other modalities.
Nayahra’s practice is rooted in love and in our personal and collective liberation. They believe that reconnecting with our bodies—however that may look for you—resources us to show up for ourselves and our communities in more meaningful ways.
