Depending on the clients needs and desires, a spirit medicine massage session usually combines hands-on therapeutic and energy healing bodywork, breathwork, and guided meditation. This is a mind-body healing practice which intends to assist in easing discomfort in the physical body and any related emotional stagnation. It is a psychosomatic approach to connecting and clearing from the level of the cellular memory. Other offerings include: reiki, aromatherapy, vibrational sound medicine (tuning forks/crystal bowls), cranial-sacral therapy and more.
