Magic in massage comes when the science of the body meets the art and flow of touch.
Trained in Myoskeletal Alignment, we look at your bones, joints, soft tissue, muscle and nerves to bring your body back into alignment and improve posture. This in turn creates freedom from pain, increased mobility, and reduces stress to the nervous system.
Growing past the basic swedish, sports,and pregnancy massage, I also incorporate Lomi Lomi and elements of Thai massage. Coaxing your mind and body into a deep state or receptivity.
