Soul Trine: Integrated Wellbeing of The Mind, Body, and Spirit
Soul Trine is a wellness studio located inside SAHA Wellness Center in Indianapolis. We support clients with pain relief, stress reduction, and whole-self wellbeing through skilled massage therapy, restorative bodywork, and grounded mind-body support.
Our massage offerings include Custom Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Massage, and Emotional Reset Massage (a gentle, trauma-informed session for high stress, grief, or major life transitions). For facial work, our Age-Defying Trine Treatment focuses on the face, neck, and shoulders and includes deep tissue release, buccal (intra-oral) work, and lymphatic support—ideal for jaw/neck tension relief and neck-aging concerns. Each session also includes a brief face yoga consult so you leave with simple at-home practices.
We also offer Reiki (in-person or distance), Stretch Reiki (Reiki + assisted stretching), guided meditation, and spiritual guidance for clarity and integration. Our Somatic Regulation sessions teach practical tools—breath, movement, and gentle tapping—to help you settle stress responses and build resilience. For deeper work, book our 3-hour Transformational Ceremony, which weaves massage, Reiki, meditation, sound, aromatherapy, and intentional ritual supports.
Your care is provided by licensed massage therapists and trauma-informed practitioners. We prioritize consent, clear boundaries, and care that feels grounded and respectful.
