• Integrative Thai-Sports Stretch: Our exclusive 30-minute high-impact session. This assisted stretching protocol releases structural anchors and improves joint mobility. (Available as a standalone or a powerful add-on).
• Lymphatic Massage: Focused, rhythmic support for detoxification and fluid balance.

• Age-Defying Trine Treatment: A focused session for the face, neck, and shoulders. Includes deep tissue release, buccal (intra-oral) work, and lymphatic support to ease jaw tension and postural strain, paired with a face yoga consult for at-home maintenance.
• Craniosacral Head, Neck & Shoulder Release: A profound protocol to ease cranial pressure, release cervical tension, and support vagal tone.

Energy Work, Somatic Regulation & Meditation

• Reiki & Stretch Reiki: Energy work offered in-person or at a distance, designed to clear energetic blockages and restore balance, with options to integrate assisted stretching.
• Somatic Regulation: Practical, empowering sessions teaching tools—such as breathwork, mindful movement, and focused tapping—to help you settle stress responses, process emotion, and build long-term resilience.
