Here at Simply Kinetic, I specialize in Women’s health and wellness by therapeutic and restorative massage with the intention of resolving chronic pain, relaxing the nervous system, relieving deep rooted tension, promoting balance, and supporting relief and recovery as well as educating my clients to provide self care to progressively reach a point of living without pain. I integrate many methods like relaxing techniques, heated vibration muscle scraping, red light therapy, exfoliating sugar scrubs, trigger point work, stretching, kinesiology taping, cupping, massage gun therapy, hot stones, loss of range of motion exercises and reflexology. My overall goal is to thoughtfully tailor each massage session in accordance with the guest’s needs and requests, personalizing the experience for every individual.
