When you book with Simple Grace, I will cater to your body's needs and will adjust the massage accordingly. Whether a spa experience, deep work or specific muscle work is what you are after I will use a variety of techniques to reduce stress, improve circulation, increase your range of motion and relieve pain so you can leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
I am pursuing a certification in the Hartman Style of Reflexology. As I am studying and practicing, you have the opportunity to experience reflexology at an excellent price. Also available is an appointment that is a combination of reflexology and massage. Please see the service menu to book what works best for you.
