I am happy to be reconnecting with familiar faces and also having the opportunity to meet new clients as I expand my massage therapy offerings to San Luis Obispo.
I currently have part time office hours available in SLO on Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays.
I offer therapeutic, Swedish style massage that is deeply relaxing. I work generally with a medium to firm pressure, a nice intuitive flow, and adequate attention to detail.
I have 29 years of experience as a National Board Certified Massage Therapist. I look forward to meeting you and being an integral part of your wellness and self care ritual.
We are so much more powerful to create goodness in our lives and for those around us than we have ever been taught or encouraged to do. We are sending positive ripples of light out into the collective field when we are simply practicing compassion, care, and kindness towards ourselves.
This is why self care practices and healing are so vital...massage, sound healing, energy healing, meditation, mindfulness, movement, artistic expression, and nature are all wonderful options, among so many others, for supporting us in just that.
