We all seem to be living a very jampacked super busy fast paced lifestyle these days. Our to-do lists are never ending and our attention is on a million different people and things all at once. Our minds and bodies are in constant fight or flight mode and it's truly taking a toll on our health and wellbeing.
Self-care is an absolute must for all of us regardless of our age, stage of life, or profession, Sadly, we rarely actually allow the time for ourselves and our health. That is where I can help you.
I have been a certified equine massage therapist (yes horses) since 2013 and a licensed massage therapist since 2022. I am a true believer in life long learning and am always taking classes and learning and implementing new modalities. After a complete burn out myself in 2024, I learned the true necessity of self-care that involved cleaning up my lifestyle through exercise, nutrition and simple things like massage and the absolute importance of down time to just relax and enjoy life.
In June of 2025 I became a Certified Menopause Specialist Coach. The midlife "change" is often very hard on women, mentally and physically. I am here right along side of my clients sharing my knowledge and skills to help us all make the transition as smooth as possible and to look forward to the next stages of life.
