I offer a variety of massage techniques: deep tissue, neuromuscular, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, myofascial, craniosacral, energy work, Swedish, and pregnancy. Each massage is tailored to meet the individuals needs at the time of service. Inevitably each appointment ends up being a creative combination of a few to many of these modalities. People describe my work as deep, relaxing and therapeutic. I do my best to really listen to your needs as a client and have our time together be effective, helpful and empowering.
