Bryan Lindquist is a graduate of Myotherapy College of Utah,  and has been a practicing Massage Therapist for over 15 years, specializing in Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology.

Bryan is also a Clinical Herbalist, and has worked in the industry for over 20 years.

Craniosacral Therapy  is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of the Central Nervous System and the structures surrounding it.

Patients remain clothed in comfortable loose fitting clothing, and lay in a comfortable position. The Craniosacral Therapist uses a light touch to evaluate the rythms within and without the CNS, while releasing restrictions.

Releasing the restrictions in the craniosacral system, have been studied and shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more.

Craniosacral Therapy has been studied to help with many situations including:
