STUDENT CLINIC RULES:
- YOU are booking at a school with a student clinic. When booking, YOUR goal is to support the student’s learning experience.
- A clinic supervisor will enter the room during your appointment to observe the student.
- If you are looking for a cheap massage, do not book with us.
- If you are unpleasant, rude, or otherwise not constructive to the student’s learning experience, you will no longer be welcome to book in our clinic.
CONTACTING THE SCHOOL:
- Due to disrespectful behavior toward our staff, voicemails about booking will not be returned.
- You may email clinic@stlschoolofmassage.com for assistance.
FIRST TIME CLIENT WITH A GROUPON:
- Email clinic@stlschoolofmassage.com for directions on how to book.
ONLINE BOOKING:
- For NEW clients (no Groupon):
- 50% prepayment is required to book an appointment.
- If you no-show or cancel less than 24 hours in advance, the remaining 50% will be charged.
- All NEW and EXISTING appointments must have a credit card on file or will be cancelled.
- IF NO APPOINTMENTS ARE SHOWING UP ONLINE, WE ARE FULLY BOOKED.
- Availability is added at the beginning of each month for the following month.
NO-SHOWS OR LATE CANCELLATIONS:
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations are responsible for 100% of the cost of the session.
- Arriving late will result in shortening your session.
- If your card on file declines, you will be banned from our student clinic.
- If you have pre-paid credits from a Groupon, these will be used to account for your no-show or late cancellation.
REQUESTS:
- Requests for gender are only accepted for religious or otherwise serious reasons.
- PRESSURE OR MODALITY REQUESTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
- If you refuse your appointment, you are responsible for 100% of the cost of the appointment.
