Contacting the School:
- We have both class and student clinic going on Monday through Friday and do not have a designated receptionist. We appreciate your patience and understanding that we are a small and busy school.
- By phone, please leave a detailed voicemail with your name and phone number. If you do not leave a voicemail, we do not know that you called and cannot call you back.
- Voicemails are reviewed several times throughout the day, and we make our best efforts to call you back the same day.

To Book Your Appointment :
- You are required to enter a credit card number. This is only used to cover the charge in the event of a same day cancelation or a no show appointment. A 100% charge is required for same day cancelations and no show appointments.
- A credit card is needed at booking whether booking online or in person.
- Nothing will be charged to your card at the time of booking.
- Payment will be collected the day of your appointment.
If You Have a GROUPON:
- You may book an appointment online but you do still need to have a credit card on file.
- Bring your Groupon with you the day of your appointment and the credit will be applied to the appointment.
- All Groupons will be honored regardless of expiration.
- If you purchased a 3 or 5 pack through Groupon, we will add your package to our system at the time of your first appointment.
First Time Clients:
- You are able to book an appointment online. If you need assistance, you may contact the school by phone or email.
Special Requests:
- Requests for gender, pressure, specific modalities, students, etc. cannot be guaranteed.
- Our school maintains a learning environment where all students, regardless of gender, are to be treated with the same professionalism and respect expected in any clinical or medical setting.
- You may add a note to your booking, call, or email for special requests, which will be reviewed and accommodated when possible.
- If you refuse your appointment because your request cannot be accommodated i.e. gender requests, you are responsible for 100% of the cost of the appointment.
Students Massage Therapists:
- Our students are at different stages of their education and skill development.
- Students receive clinical supervision and monitoring and a school staff member may enter the room during your appointment for review.
