Angela is a retired Registered Nurse who grew weary of the impersonal western medicine approach to care. She continued her education at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI, graduating with honors and obtaining her license as a certified massage therapist. She specializes in a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point therapy and myofascial release. Her continual pursuit of knowledge led her to become a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, competent to perform Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique) and Complete Decongestive Therapy. Angela is also a 200-hour RYT which deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection, the relevance of breathwork and the pure bliss of meditation.
Angela believes that massage therapy is not just a physical treatment but an experience; a gateway to emotional and mental well-being. She prioritizes active listening and collaboration, creating a safe, welcoming environment that allows clients to share their concerns and goals.
