At Rooted Goddess Bodywork, I blend neuromuscular therapy, myofascial work, and Dolphin MPS (microcurrent point stimulation) to calm the nervous system and relieve pain. I serve women—especially Black women—living with autoimmune and chronic conditions such as lupus, fibromyalgia, long-COVID, as well as connective-tissue and dysautonomia conditions like EDS (hypermobile) and POTS. If you’re carrying trauma or medical gaslighting, this is an affirming space where your body is believed.
