1. There are two price rates; Mon-Friday are market rate and Sundays are a premium rate. (We are always non-gratuity so you can look at the Sunday rate as built-in gratuity.) If you book for a Sunday and do not select the higher rate I will adjust it manually. This is a policy and by booking for Sundays you accept the premium rate. No exceptions.
2. It is recommended that new clients review my website prior to booking for full service descriptions, policies (48-hr cancellation policy), booking information, and FAQs: www.roambodyworks.com
3. DO NOT book appointments for others. Every client must have their own account and all bookings must reflect who is receiving care.
4. New clients are required to complete an electronic intake/consent form (paper forms not available) to be completed before your arrival. It will be sent to the email you used to create your account. The form is mandatory and your session will not begin without it.
5. If you found my practice via the MassageBook directory please navigate to the external link below to book with me. (It's still via Massagebook and will look exactly the same- it's just a different type of link.) Therefore I won't get charged twice for a service I already pay them for. Thank you!
