My goal is to make people feel better … one person at a time
My mission is to provide soothing and restorative touch to loosen and relax muscles and calm the mind.
About me: I am a second career massage therapist. I worked for the US Census Bureau for 34 years as a Program Manager, involved in four Censuses. I have a BS in Statistics from Virginia Tech. I raised 5 adult children and have 5 young grandchildren. I am an avid cook, jogger, boater, and nature lover. I have always wanted an occupation where I am directly helping people. I have gained tremendous knowledge of the muscular skeleton body and appreciation for it throughout my massage therapy education. I enjoy applying what I have learned to help others and to continue to take care of myself. I believe in the power of touch to comfort, improve movement, and heal.
