At Riseman Therapeutic Massage we are passionate about the maintenance of one’s self and we believe that massage therapy contributes to a person’s overall well being for the mind, body, and spirit. Mary works to slowly engage with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension, pain or restriction. With credentials as a Certified Massage Therapist and Neuromuscular Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, this allows her to understand the full spectrums of healing required to ensure a successful pain management plan, improvement in range of motion, overall maintenance or just a wonderful relaxing experience. Certifications in Cupping, Myofascial Flossing, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM), Manual Lymphatic Drainage including post-surgery, and the use of kinesiology taping give a variety of tools to find the best treatment for each client. Making time for one’s self isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity.
