I am a Licensed Massage Therapist located in Mountain Home Arkansas who specializes in myo-fascial release, shockwave therapy, deep neuromuscular/trigger point therapy, cupping, and scraping. My committed approach to massage therapy is to restore movement + mobility, prioritize muscle recovery, improve the health of soft tissues, promote healing, and improve overall wellness.
