As a Massage Therapist, I have continually sought education, training, and my own body work to find what works best both as a massage therapist and a recipient of massage. I've found 2 modalities I particularly love and integrate into my sessions: Craniosacral Therapy and Lomi Massage. These are 2 very different therapies, with Craniosacral focusing on tension in the jaw, neck, skull, and transferring down the body through the fascia and Lomi being a deep and flowing, rhythmic massage touching on the entire muscle from each attachment point (typically at the joints).
Revive and Thrive Therapies has been mostly a mobile service, massaging clients in their living rooms, back yards, and studios. Now, I will be setting an intentional space within Salt Lake City Circus Center in Trolley Square, downtown Salt Lake City. I am so grateful for this expansion and can now see clients in my own healing space. So come see me for a unique and wonderful massage, experience, connection, and environment.
